Directions to LHAS Office
From Fifth Avenue, turn right onto Darrah Street. At the top of the hill make a left at the light onto Terrace Street. Make another left onto Buffalo Street (entrance to UPMC Montefiore Hospital) and park in the parking garage.
After parking, enter the hospital at the 7th Floor Main Entrance and go straight, past the information desk (on your right), past the LHAS Gift Shop (Windows on Seventh). After you pass the three visitor elevators (on your right), make a right turn through a hallway of elevators and you will see the LHAS Office on your left - Room N709
Any time you come into the LHAS Office, bring your parking ticket for validation.
